Bettsetseg Amy Ganbold - Realtor
Amy specializes in working with first-time buyers, investors, downgrading sellers, and baby boomers throughout North West suburbs, as well as Chicago's Lincoln Park, Lakeview and North Center neighborhoods. She brings strong experience from the west suburban markets of Orland Park down to Berwyn. She has a wide network of connections with brokers and vendors in that area.
The Mongolian community in Illinois is also her niche as she herself is Mongolian. She is a member of AREAA, Asian Real Estate Association of America, a nonprofit trade organization dedicated to promoting home ownership within the Asian American and Pacific Islander community.
Amy entered real estate because it offered great potential to grow a business from the ground up. She is passionate about educating people about real estate and guiding them through the real estate market, since she recognizes that most people have little knowledge about real estate transactions. She also helps people take advantage of market shifts to make the most of their money.
Amy is involved with the nonprofit charity Shake, Move, Grow, which provides scholarships to college-bound students, and with the volunteer program Feed My Starving Children, where she helps pack nutritious meals for children around the world. Amy not only earned a Bachelor’s degree in biology, she plays violin, skis, sews, and paints.
She and her cat Bacchus live in Lakeview, which Amy has called home for over a decade. She most appreciates that it is walkable, urban neighborhood with plentiful parks, playgrounds, and easy access to the beach.
