Amy specializes in working with first-time buyers, investors, sellers downsizing, and baby boomers throughout the greater Chicago Area, including neighborhood such as Chicago's Lincoln Park, Lakeview and North Center neighborhoods. She has helped clients from the west suburban markets of Orland Park down to Berwyn. She has a wide network of connections with brokers and vendors to assist any real estate needs.
As a Mongolian herself, she speak fluently in Mongolian and English. She is known in the Mongolian community as the go to real estate agent sharing her expertise to many first-time home buyers.
Not only she is an active member of the Mongolian Community in Chicago, she is also a member of AREAA, Asian Real Estate Association of America, a nonprofit trade organization dedicated to promoting home ownership within the Asian American and Pacific Islander community.
Amy entered real estate because it offered great potential to grow a business from the ground up. She is passionate about educating people about real estate and guiding them through the real estate market, since she recognizes that most people have little knowledge about real estate transactions. She also helps people take advantage of market shifts to gain the most value in home ownership.
Amy is involved with the nonprofit charity Shake, Move, Grow, which provides scholarships to college-bound students, and with the volunteer program Feed My Starving Children, where she helps pack nutritious meals for children around the world. In her spare time, she likes to read up on current affairs and read books on real estate investments to become a better agent for her clients.
She is currently reading a book called “Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat: BRRRR Investing” by David Greene.
