Rachel Bierma - Realtor

Rachel is a broker specializing in multi-family properties and investments. Her background in real estate started at Caputo Law Firm in 2010, working as a paralegal processing foreclosures, short Sales, and basic closings. There she learned about the fundamentals of the sales process and the hurdles of working with distressed properties.

After she decided to get her broker's license, she and her husband started to build their own portfolio of investment properties in Chicago, focusing on northside neighborhoods such as Ukrainian Village, Humboldt Park, Logan Square, Andersonville, and Edgewater.

Rachel currently is the property manager for their investments while helping other first-time buyer and investors find the best value for their money and for what they are looking to achieve. She has a strong understanding of landlord/tenant best practices and can advise her clients on what markets are likely to appreciate and how to get the maximum rent for the units with minimal costs.
